– Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
– Personalized or special-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Shipping

– We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
4. Refund Processing
– Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
– Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
– If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at sales@psychedelicsaustralia.com with photos of the issue.
– We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
