It cannot be eaten as it is because it is very acidic and contains a lot of seeds, but it is very appreciated in all kinds of salty, sweet or spicy sauces. Fallot chose this fruit of excellence and subtlety, in order to offer a product of delicious originality to the finest gourmets.
